Adv. Yacov Joulus holds an LL.B. and LL.M. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is licensed to practice law in New York State.
With 60 years’ experience in tax law and having served as Deputy Income Tax Commissioner and legal counsel, Adv. Joulus is an outstanding authority on all aspects of taxation and has continued to publish professional articles and coauthor reviews on legislation and rulings in this field. During his service as Deputy Income Tax Commissioner and legal counsel, Adv.
