Adv. Ram Joulus holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B.) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
Adv. Ram Joulus regularly accompanies leading companies and entities in the Israeli market, advising them on various tax aspects, and provides accompaniment and advice on complex transactions and diverse tax arrangements.
In the past, Adv. Ram Joulus established and managed the Liquidation, Receivership and Bankruptcies Unit in the Income Tax Commission, in this framework he formulated a considerable part of the relevant executive procedures and was a partner to setting numerous precedents.
After leaving the tax authority some fifteen years ago, he founded a law firm and earned a reputation for his uncompromising quality and professionalism.
He has also acquired a reputation as a highly regarded lecturer on taxes and accounting at Tel Aviv University, the College of Management Academic Studies, the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) Herzliya and the Ruppin Academic Center, as well as other academic institutions. In the context of imparting his vast knowledge in the field of taxation to generations of students Adv. Joulous partnered in the writing of taxation textbooks published by the Open University, and has also published numerous articles in professional journals and the daily press.
